1. Hydrate Early
Drinking water throughout the day ensures you arrive ready to perform. Waiting until practice starts leaves you playing catch-up on hydration, which can impact focus and energy.

2. Fuel Smart
Eating a light snack 1–2 hours before practice provides steady energy without weighing you down. Simple choices like a banana, yogurt, or whole-grain toast give your body the right fuel for the session.

3. Mental Warm-Up
